For any stains or dirt, use a soft brush or cloth to gently clean the affected areas.
Do my gloves come with a warranty?
Of course, as any reputable product should. SimGrip gloves come with a 30-day warranty covering any defects in workmanship or materials from the date of delivery. If you experience any issues, we will send out an identical replacement free of charge. Please reach out to us for assistance, and we'll be happy to resolve any problems.
What isn't covered?
Our warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, neglect, or improper care. Normal wear and tear from extended use or exposure to harsh conditions such as extreme temperatures, water, or chemicals is also not covered. Additionally, any modifications made to the gloves after purchase, including alterations to the original design, are not eligible for a warranty claim. Please ensure the gloves are cared for properly to maintain their performance and longevity.
